MEMORABILIA / INSTRUMENT: Electric Light Orchestra, Cello by Mathias Neuner the 5th (1832-1890) Mittenwald, Germany. This Cello belonged to the late Mike Edwards and was used during his 4 year period with the band. Appearing at many venues such as Reading Festival, Top Of The Pop and European Tours. Mike was renowned for his eccentric 'Cello playing (fingering the strings with an orange or grapefruit) and wearing bizarre costumes. The Cello is in good condition but is in need of some restoration. the Cello comes with hard case and bow, also a letter of authenticity from his brother and 4 minute video of a Live performance of Roll-over Beethoven. There is also a 1972 copy of The Beat Instrumental Magazine with an article featuring Mike and the Cello.
