This records an invoice for £3 which is dated May 2nd 1962, by Brian Jones of 7 Weech Road to The National Jazz Associates. It was then paid by them with a cheque under the section of sundries. On the reverse of the ledger is entries for Dick Jordan car of Klooks Kleek.

Together with two black and white photographic contact sheets, one showing Queen live on stage and the other being studio shots featuring Roger Taylor. Roger has written no on one of the images, Mick Rock address stamp on reverse of contact sheet.
