Executor Service.

We pride ourselves in a complete service to executors and trustees of estates. At this most difficult time, dealing with the contents of a home can be both harrowing and time consuming. We are pleased to offer sympathetic advise, prepare the necessary valuations, arrange delivery of any items to family members and then to sell the remainder by auction, ensuring the property is completely cleared, if required.

Free Appraisals.

Cameo staff will arrange free home visits for appraisals and offer friendly and confidential advice. Having worked with many estate agents, solicitors and collectors nationwide, we are experienced in valuations for insurance, probate and sale. Distance is no object and research will be undertaken if necessary and reserves advised.

Valuations.

Written valuations for insurance, probate and other purposes are undertaken at competitive fees and in the strictest confidence. Please contact us for further details.

What our service costs.

We deduct a commission of 18% on the hammer price; this is subject to V.A.T on all items sold. Each lot will also be subject to a £3 charge which covers insurance, research, sorting, lotting, photography, website and internet advertising (including 'live' internet sales where appropriate) and all other forms of publicity.

Commission is negotiable on large collections or regular consignments.

We have a minimum collection charge of £30.

We provide a statement of all items sold with all deductions clearly stated.
